When opening a new card and using it to purchase travel tickets ( Chase sapphire.). How soon are you able to use the points? If I wanted to book my hotel to earn points. Would I be able to get the point right away? And use those points for flights?

HELP! Do you have to book the travel through their portal to get 2x points? Or if I go straight to the airline website, book the flight, and pay with BUILT, would it still give me 2x points for travel?

I’ve used reward cards. I can tell you from my experience the airlines just increase their fares so you don’t really benefit plus theirs a fee you pay every year. To accumulate that many points also means. Your annual fee is greater. The reward you get you end up using it to pay your annual fee if you choose. I spent $5000-6000 a month and I still can’t get a free ride , paying for luggage’s and even seats.

Do I get these points also if I live in switzerland or just in the USA. Like if I buy groceries in the supermarket in switzerland I need to buy them with CHF do these cards allow me to pay with CHF and don't charge me extra for that

There is HUGE downsides by using your credit cards everywhere some scammer at THOSE places YOU use ur cards at can steal your cards info. And a nightmare started.. My friends had that happened anc he lost over 12k

Which card would you suggest I get to do that? How much limit on a card would be recommended? The total stay in Cancun would be over $2,000+

Apparently there is an American express card with a 60,000 points sign up bonus but I live in the UK, would i be able get this card? Excellent video. One English pointer - more proper is to say how "many" points instead of "much." If it is countable, then use "many." For exampls, you couod ask, "How many points is it?" But you would ask, "how much food would you like?"
